| Description: | The higher technical education reforms aim to raise the quality and uptake of level 4/5 technical courses, with Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) as a flagship offer and credible alternative to traditional 3-year degrees. The reforms are underpinned by the findings of the Independent Sainsbury Review and form part of a wider suite of technical education reforms, including T levels and apprenticeships. |
