| Description: | The Home Upgrade (HUG) Phase 1 is a 219.6m scheme providing energy efficiency upgrades and low-carbon heating to low-income household living off-gas grid in England to tackle fuel poverty and meet net zero commitments. Forecast expenditure is 195.3m further to midpoint review exercise. Delivery of the scheme started in January 2022 and is now scheduled to finish in September 2023 further to the addition of a Managed Closure period approved by Ministers in February. |

This will be followed by a project closure. |
