Description: Brimstone 3A is an obsolescence removal programme for the in-service Brimstone 2 missile and is an integral part of the Weapons Evaluation and Capability Assurance vision for a common stockpile across more than one platform. Brimstone 3B is a software upgrade of the Brimstone 3A missile introducing slow speed, low level launch capabilities, and improved targeting algorithms to support Remotely Piloted Air Systems.
