The scheme will reduce flood risk to people and property as much as can be economically justified within the constraints of affordability; Increase flood resilience and conditions that stimulate economic growth; Protect and enhance the natural environment and landscape: Enhance recreational opportunities, and; Maximise partnership funding contributions and demonstrate value for money |
