Description: | The aim of this project is to carry out the exit and transfer of services Her Majesty's Prisons (HMP) Parc, Altcourse and Lowdham Grange in a safe, effective and efficient manner following the expiry of their PFI contracts between Q4 2022 and Q2 2023. |
