| Description: | Procurement of replacement business critical PECS contracts which are set to expire 28th August 2020. PECS contracts enable the Criminal Justice System by providing for the physical movement of prisoners between police stations, courts and prisons, inter-prison transfers and the movement of children and young people between Secure Childrens Homes, Secure Training Centres and Courts. The service also covers the safety and security of prisoners in the court cell areas and court docks. |
