A systems integration capability has been procured by Network Rail to support the delivery of the Programme and the realisation of the benefits. The costs, schedule and interfaces continue to be closely managed by the team. |

| Schedule text | The access plan for the King's Cross remodelling project has been revised as a consequences of delays with the Thameslink Programme and the main blockade of the Station will now take place in early 2021 instead of early 2020. This means that the new timetable that will deliver the majority of the Programme's benefits is now expected to be introduced in December 2021. The Project End Date remains as December 2023. |
