The Programme has arranged for regular reviews of the Strategy once approved. Programme dependencies have now been mapped out and are being actively managed through a dedicated PMO resource. The HOB stakeholder engagement strategy was reviewed and approved by the Programme Board in November 2016. The Strategic Mobile project scope now includes Police, Borders and Immigration Enforcement. |
