| Description: | The NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) provides payroll and HR services to all NHS organisations in England and Wales, apart from two English NHS Trusts. The NHS ESR Re-procurement Project was previously established to replace the expiring McKesson UK contract to provide this service. A new contract was awarded to IBM in December 2014. Day-to-day management of the contract and service delivery is undertaken by an NHS Central team, reporting to the SRO. |
