Description: “To re-procure the National Pandemic Flu Service to ensure that a complementary service to primary care remains ready to be mobilised to enable the rapid distribution of antivirals to symptomatic individuals in the event of a pandemic.

DCA text: Technical delivery remains on track and the replacement service entered the first of the series of regular twice yearly tests in September 2016. Initial results are extremely positive, formal evaluation of test results will take place in October 2016.
