DCA text: ONS/MPA narrative at Q2 2013: Beyond 2011, has an unchanged delivery confidence of Amber/Green, recognising that we are making good progress. It is a proof of concept programme which aims to test whether the £0.5bn cost of collecting demographic data by traditional survey methods can be replaced in whole or in part by access to administrative data from organisations such as HMRC.
