| DCA text: | Good progress has been made on improving the areas of the project related to Governance, Scope, Funding, Resourcing, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, Compliance testing and approval, preparing for Business as Usual. The Governance issue, Scope and Compliance have now been addressed. The funding issue will be closed out by the end of March 2014 which in turn addresses the resource issue. Stakeholder and Comms and preparation for Business as Usual are ongoing. BaU preparation expected to be complete by May 2014. While a number of risks and issues exist these are being actively managed and they do not pose a major risk to successful delivery of the programme. |
