| Description: | The objective of the Parent Body Organisation (PBO) procurement, through applying competitive tension, is to put in place a target cost incentivised pricing arrangement to deliver the Research Sites Restoration Ltd (RSRL) and Magnox Optimised Decommissioning Plan (MODP) at a lower cost than is currently planned.
